The system works FOR Quality, Quality does not work for the system
With a background in finance, it has taken me 15 years to begin to grasp the full extent of what Quality do – the level of precision and perseverance required to see a process through.
Taking the example of a Change Control process. Inglasia Intuitor took me through the entire workflow. I had previously believed that a Change Control consisted of just raising the change control; documenting the areas of change; and final sign off. The workflow took me through the training requirements – just to permit me to raise a change control; the rigour of the Impact assessment; Risk Assessment; the levels of review and approval – in a practical and meaningful way. Hours’ worth of training courses would never have made such an indelible mark.
Every question I had was pre-empted by information icons with regulatory prompts (I had specifically requested these) to teach the user when they were unsure.
The final paradox, I had a childhood phobia of computers! From someone who avoided using a computer like the plague or virus (pardon the pun), to working with a team to design a software that sits within the Pharmaceutical profession. My main requirement – an eQMS must be easy and inviting to use. Inglasia Intuitor invites the user on a journey and tutors them in Quality in the most intuitive manner, whilst making the learning journey feel like a business class flight: the system understands your needs, even before you do.
Bringing Quality into the forefront – new age – new technology. We have not taken the investor-driven route to market. Our goal is to serve our industry. Let us help each other to provide a sustainable and accessible service.
From years of listening to my colleagues’ difficulties on a particular client assignment – the team has created what I believe to be a CAPA so thorough and so effective, that Quality will never go back to being misunderstood or ignored. Quality will take its central place within Pharma.
